I got a little shake in the svcd-fil every second. I´m converting a divx 3 low-motion with ac3 audio to an svcd-film. Otherwise is the film god. Whath can be the problem?

Get the new DivX codecs (5.0x) and convert the film into them (constant quality = 2) before feeding it to Tmpgenc.
Also, before converting to the new DivX, play the film with Media player and go to properties, advanced and configure (to the extent possible) the old DivX codec for high quality playback. This is where you configure how the decoder handles the encoded file. The more I learn, the more I come to realize how little it is I know.
