I hope someone can help me out here... I have extracted videos from my TiVo PVR through the TiVonet card and re-encoded them in mpg fromat from mpeg2. I can watch themon my PC, but when I try to put them on a (S)VCD in Nero, I get a funky green screen with some sound. I had the same issue with my ATI TV wonder card. Here are my system stats:
Video From:
RCA TiVo through TiVonet.
Mplex to a MPEG2 file.
Video: MPEG-2 480x480 29.97
Audio: 33000Hz 192kbps
What I've done:
De-muxed file and encoded w/ audio delay of 500
Not sure of all TMPGEnc settings.
But like I said, these files play perfect on my PC but I would like to have them on (S)VCD. Thanks for any help.
