    Hi there ! I'm not sure if I'm on the right forum but I'm having problems with smart ripper giving me an ASPI not detected error and it won't rip the English audio. I'm running XP Home in my comp and trying to rip Wasabi which has English on track 2. Also tried DVDecrypter and it also just rip the French audio. Any suggestion is greatly appreciated, thanks !!

    I'm told if the ASPI tool by www.adaptec.com doesn't work to enable SMART RIPPER to use aspi-- you need Service Pack 1 or another OS with ASPI layer intact
    eg 2000, or 98

    do a search for ASPI4.70.exe

    Download and run Force ASPI and SmartRipper will work. I had to do the same thing.
