How do I burn with VOB InstantCD+DVD

How do I use this peogram to burn a DVD that I have already compiled?

I know it's probably simple, but I can't figure it out

that proggy is fooking useless use prassi dvd and have no probs i have used that programm but its as much use as a chocalate fire gaurd so use prassi intructions are in forum now

Dear Crazeplaya,

Please take note of Budd131. This programme has been installed and then uninstalled 3 times on my computer. Every time its installed it buggers up the audio sync with my editing programmes, its took 21 hours 9yes HOURS) to take a 4.3Gb Mpeg2 and create a 1Gb Vob file.

Read that again - almost a full day to produce a quarter of the original file, which it then refused to burn as it said there were no compliant files available, despite the fact it had produced the Vob file itself!!!!!

Leave it alone, and get something decent.
