    Hello

    I recently downloaded a file off the net which says it is divx, but I cant get it to play back using various software. I've tried media player, real player I ve downloaded the divx codec bundle and temgenc wont load the file in to convert either. I ve tried a divx player as well.

    Any advice or help would be much appreciated!

    Download and run Gspot from the tools section. It will tell you if you have the required codecs or not.

    Download bs player, it is a good player. But I guess you problem have to do with missing codecs. Do you have the latest 5.03 divx codecs? What happens when you try to play the file?
