All I need to do is take a frame from assorted video files already existing on my PC and turn that frame into a graphic file.
What's a good program to do this with? Please don't say VirtualDub because I cannot seem to figure that one out.![]()

The easy way with v-dub. First select the frame you want. Second click on video tab scoll down to copy source to clip board. Then go to adobe photo or your favorite photo program. Select file then new. once you see your new empty box displayed put your cursor inside the box right click and select paste. Your pic will appear to alter or save or whatever you want to do with it................
