I am copying VCR to DVD via an MSI G3Ti200 ProVT128 and composite video. When I use a VCR tape I created on our camcorder, the output starts with a white horizontal band accross the video which goes away in about 5 seconds. If I use a store bought VCR Movie, the white bar stays.
I assume I'm fighting against some copy protection scheme. Is there a work around? Thanks for your comments.

if the msi card is a geforce you could try a different or earlier nvidia wdm driver. wdm 1.08 worked great for my geforce2. i had this problem also whilst using the latest wdm driver for my asus card.
