    I have been following doom9's guide for avi to dvd conversion using CCE and after I complete encoding and try to load the *.mpv file into spruce up or maestro for authoring I get an invalid framerate error and the authoring programs will not except the *.mpv file. does any one have an suggestions. Where is King John when I need him?

    Is the original avi 23.97 fps? In that case you have to run pulldown on it before importing to any DVD authoring program.

    Where can I download pulldown? Is it anywhere at vcd help.com? I hope this request for software isn't warez related.
