    what are the good VCD or SVCD TMPGEnc PLUS Templates out there

    I dont want lowered FPS thoe, 29.97 is a must (ive seen templatest to allow 180min movies on a 80 min cd, quality aint good :P)

    I am convertnig from WMV to MPEG soo want quality and good compression to alloow max video on a cd
