    I need help rencoding the audio in a divx to MPEG2 Layer 3?

    Provided you have MP3 (MPEG-2 Layer III) codecs installed, and also VirtualDUB, you can open the DivX file from VirtualDUB, select for Video "Direct Stream Copy" (you don't need to waste time to re-encode video and loose quality at the same time). Then, for audio, select "Full Processing mode" and in Audio-Compression select the codec (MP3) you have configuring the options you want (e.g.128kps, 44kHz).

    Look in the tools section if you miss any of the needed tools.
