I'd like to buy the new DVD of the silent film "Metropolis," but they transferred it at what I think is the wrong frame rate: 24 fps. So how can I rip the film from the DVD, change the frame rate and re-burn it on my DVD burner? I have Pinnacle Studio 8 - what else do I need? How do grab the video as an mpeg or something I can edit? I would just do the video, no audio, and turn on my stereo when I watch it. (I know I can change the frame rate in WinDVD, but I don't like to watch movies on my computer.)

Pinnacle Studio 8 is not good for making Movie DVD backups, only for home video.
Pinnacle Studio 8 and DV home video editing (ver.9 already home)
