Hello all. I was just wondering if anyone had any information on this problem i've been having. I have a copy of Instant Copy from Pinnacle, and i've been trying to make a backup of a DVD-9 disk to a DVD-R. Now supposedly it's supposed to convert it so the file size is 4.31GB. Now i followed the tutorial that was on this site and i made the quality of the movie better than the quality of the extras and the bar on the bottom said 4.31GB but when i go into the folder where the files were converted, it only shows up as being 3.84GB. Now that's about .5GB of space being wasted and that much quality being sacrificed. Now i tried to make the quality of the video and extras a little higher in Instant Copy so that it would go over 4.31GB on the bar on the bottom. But the bar turns red and it does not allow me to hit the "OK" button whenver i go over the "4.31GB". If anyone understands what i'm saying and can help me so i can actually use up all 4.31GB and get a little better quality instead of having it be 3.84GB and sacrificing the quality it would be greatly appreciated. If you don't understand what i'm saying then just let me know and i'll try to explain more clearly. Thanks in advance!

Hit F5. It will open up that control and you can "oversize" the file. Most people are getting good results setting it from 4.5 to 4.6.
