Converting wmv file

I have been looking all over the place looking for the file to add to TMPGEnc in order to open up wmv files and convert to vcd. Anyone have a ideal where to find this file.

you don't have to add anything. Just select "all files" on the opening tab when you go to open a file, and select your favourite WMV file to encode, and the program will continue normally from there.

well I have tried that but after selecting all files and then highlight my wmv file to open, I get a screen that says that file cannot open/ unsupported. For some reason I was thinking that there was a file on this website to load in the program folder to open wmv files.
