Okay, heres the deal. I have right this second a 266MhZ PII heh, 320 mb ram and an ATI AIW cap/vid/gfx card...
I loose frames sometimes when I cap with it. So I went out and bought a AMD 1.3 GhZ and a new motherboard a shuttle spacewalker ak12 i think it is. I bought this b/c of course I need a new one.. Anyways can I capture at like 720x480 around that size with this. I paid 85 bucks or so for the 1.3 and 100 something for the motherboard I have a 4.3 gig hard drive system and a 19 gig hard drive for storage... WILL I GET BETTER RESULTS?..And how fast do you think encoding from adobe premiere by using avi synth the encode directly into an svcd take. It usually witht he 266 takes 2 hours!! And I really meant to post was, was this or is this 1.3 ghz a better buy then spending triple as much for like an intel p4 1.5 or so..and my amd 1.3 has a 200 mhz bus speed thats all they had..:/
P.S- which is better a amd 1.3 200mhz fbs or an amd 1.2 266 mhz fbs
