    Trying to burn VCD 2.0
    Using TMPGEnc to convert to a standard format.
    Using Nero 5.9.9 to burn the VCD
    The problem. MPEG plays fine on the computer. Everything is in perfect sync. When I burn the VCD though the sync is off just a little bit. Not glaringly obvious, but enough to be annoying.
    Not every disc has this problem.
    Any suggestions?
