I downloaded the Trial of SpruceUp and found out that after 2 burns it disallows further burning. I went to the site to purchase it and it is no longer available, NOR, can you register, OR PAY for the version you have. If it dies after 2 uses, why is it recommended on this site as a good authoring tool?? That was a lot of wasted time (except for the experience) for me.

  3. I downloaded it and "registered" it, but I couldn't get it to work correctly. There is a way you can "register" it, so it will become the full feature program .

But the rules of the site do not allow such things

    Read carefully the words.

    I wasn't and don't get any subliminal message's.

I was referring to the last part of your message if ya know what i mean

But it's funny that you downloaded and registered it and wouldn't work, i done the same and it worked for me.

Anyway as it's no longer available why worry about it, after all it's only a very basic DVD Authoring Programme.

As for myself i'm using Maestro now, more advanced and better for what i want to do

  7. In the past, everyone i know use to ask me "why do you download all this software"? SpruceUp is a prime example as to why. I downloaded it many moons ago and never used it until recently. I also downloaded everything else that i could find on it (if you know what i mean). I use it quite often now

I will continue to download software as you never know when it will come in handy.

I tried SpruceUp and found that it was the best authoring program for my purposes. Since I was using it so much I just bought the program off ebay.

There are real copies to be had out there. The one I got came from an HP video upgrade package. Canopus packaged the program with some of their products. Be careful if you buy hardware that includes SpruceUp. Often the SpruceUp CD that is included with the hardware is a trial version even though the CD doesn't say so.

Does it allow you to create a title set? If so, use that method. I have the full version, so I'm not sure of the limitations on the trial.
