The video is a self-playing executable, and I'd like to extract it so I can convert it for a SVCD. Does anyone know of any software that can do this?

I've already tried FMV-Extractor and Resource Hunter with no luck. I also tried capturing the screen with Camtasia Studio, but the resulting frame rate is unacceptable. It doesn't appear to be a Bink video file either since their software rejects it.
