  1. Hiya

I have a MPEG Writer/Converter (free version), and there a few things on it i dont really understand.

I put in my SOURCE file, and file target option.

Then underneath there are 'MPEG Output Options':-

The Format is set to - Standard MPEG-1 (which I assume is correct, as I cant change it)

    Autosize - Is checked

    PAL - Is checked

Frame Rate - Now this varies from 7 - 60 I am unsure of what frame rate i need to use

Bit Rate - This again varies from 1000-4000 - any ideas which direction I need to go for this one?

Width & Height are both set @ 'Original' - can anyone tell me what this is the measurements OF? and how do I know which i need to use.

If anyone has any help they can offer me, It would be much appreciated!

    Thanx to anyone
