cannot create file-using Tmpgnec

doe any body now why when u follow the steps using Tmpgnec and when u select to run it comes up as that it cannot create file ?

is there something u need to do before hand in order to make it work.

About the only reason I can think of for any application to do this is that you are trying to write to a non-existent drive and/or directory. Make sure the path for the output file is valid. Unlike some apps, Tmpgenc does not create missing directories.

does this mean that even if it shows the file that u are selecting is there and in the tpng program u slect for it to run and it says cannot create.i'm not sure why when the file is there (svcd) format mpeg and it doen't want to create the file.

are you trying to overrite a previous file of the same name?
