TMPGE Audio not showing up - yes, I did a search, Help!

I did search and have tried stuff but I am stumped.
I backed up all of Disc 1 of 'Six Feet Under', I used DVD Decryptor and then used DVD2AVI to create a .dv2 and a .wav to use in TMPGE

Well, Disc 1, no problems, Disc 2, I am confused. I play the .wav file in media player it is perfect, but it won't show up on the TMPGE output or when you look in Source Range, you can see the audio bar, and it isn't even there. I then took a movie I have and did a quick creation to get to the TMPGE spot and it worked fine, so the settings seem to be fine.

I'm really stumped! I put the .wav through goldwave and that didn't help any.

Ok, this gets more and more odd!
I was playing with the settings in DVD2AVI, and then saving the project, it normally takes aroun 15 minutes, so after a few minutes I hit escape just to get a sample. I brought them into TMPGE and it worked! So I ran the whole thing through TMPGE and it was blank again!

HELP ME!!!!
I've been messing with this for literally 20 straight hours!
