delete vob and Instantcopy

Please let me know what I did wrong
I'm doing Scorpion King, want to keep main movie+menu
1. Ripped all files with DVD Decrypter to HD. Main titleset is VTS_07_x.
2. Deleted vts_07_5.vob which is end credit.
3. Get VTS sectors in IFOedit.
4. Open Instantcopy retail version, choose source and destination folder.It runs for efw seconds and says "Corrupted DVD file"

Question is: What is the right way to delete a vob file?

If you remove any VBO's, you also have to have IFOEdit rebuild the the .ifo file as well as get VBO Sectors. The IFO is the instruction file of how the DVD is to be played.
