S-VCD Sound Problem!!! HELP

hi,
i have a S-VCD and i can play it back with ni problems... but: something is strange about the audio layer.... it starts seems to start too late but ends right with the end of the movie... i mean at the very end of the film, the audio layer is ok, but not at the beginning and in the middle of the movie...

somebody does something, but the sound comes too late... so HOW CAN I EDIT ONLY THE AUDIO LAYER??? or do i have to d something else?
