need a program that can import AC3 files, correct audio delay in sections ie timestrecth, and save it back as an AC3 file?
soundforge? will this do it, i have version 6b and it dont import ac3 files so i dont think so.
got goldwave and not sure how to timestrecth in sections. Plus i think it saves it back as a wav file..
please help.
my problem is i have bad frames in a AC3 file, which creates audio sync problems half way through the film. Any help welcome.
