Mpeq Problem

if i have download a unfinished mpeg files and i want see some movie inside that , can i use mpeq corrector to fix and have a look or any software can see this thing.

and how can i put a still image to become moving movie ..?

The beauty of an MPEG file is that it allows you to watch it as you are downloading it or if you have an unfinished file. Windows Media Player can do it.

There is a program called BMP2AVI that turns .bmp's into a avi movie. It also allows you to chose what codec you wish to use

yes i wish mpeg would come out with an svcd looking file but somehow just a bit bigger than a normal vcd , we can all dream anyways if this was an avi take a look at vcdhelp's software section and get divfix just an extra bit of info...
