    I recently got the Family Guy on DVD from the UK. The disc is in PAL format. DVD Decrypter says that the framerate is 25 fps. DVD2AVI says that it's 20 fps. When I play the DVD on PowerDVD, it also says 25 fps.

    I want to convert it to NTSC- 23.976 fps, but it isn't coming out quite right. What I'm doing is as follows:
    DVD Decrypter
    DVD2AVI
    VFAPI
    Mainconcept

    I tried changing the d2v file says 20 fps to 25 fps, but it still isn't coming out any better.

    Which is it? 20 or 25 ?
