svcd is a standard like Dvd or vcd. Xsvcd is svcd with something in the parameters that are NOT standrd. Normally a higher bitrate maybe 3000-4000 for extra quality or non std audio 48000khz or mp3.
X for eXtended...Corned beef is now made to a higher standard than at any time in history.
The electronic components of the power part adopted a lot of Rubycons. -
