Okay, I am surprised no has asked about this. But what, if any, has been your experience using Powerpoint X's Quicktime export capabilities? Is the quality good enough to encode to MPEG2 for eventual DVD burning?
Up til now, I have been using capture utlities and having to capture the audio separately and sync it in post. Problem is, on different machines, audio and slides are not always in sync. SO, theoretically since exporting to Quicktime in Powerpoint X would be a RENDER of the file, there should be no sync probs, right? Just wondering before I try my first. If it works, it certainly will save a LOT of time. Thanks.

I've tried it. Although I didn't experience audio sync issues, the export to Quicktime looked terrible. I only tried it once just to see if I could do it. If I'd taken more time, I may have explored more of this capability of Powerpoint X.
