Hi All,
Is there any problem using a VCR as a passthough to capture TV shows in my MPEG2 Capture Board? That's the only way I can get Video to the board due to the fact the board only have RCA connector.
Any ideas?
Regards,

Howdy!
One of my old vcr's crapped out (recording head problem) and I was about to toss it when I got the idea to try it as a pass through device. It worked great! I ran through a Hollywood Bridge to capture as DV. If your card has accepted a signal from something like a Hi8 camcorder with RCA cord, then it should work with the vcr.
Good Luck!
