    Where can I find an HDTV card for my computer that will allow me to view HDTV caps of various stuff (commercials, etc), and how much should I expect to shell out for such a card?

    any newer ati and nvidia and matrox card can decode hdtv just fine ... i do it daily w/a matrox card ...
