how can i frame serve m2v file to CCE?

i want to add subs to m2v file (i think with Vdub mpeg2 version)
and than fram it like Divx to tmpgenc, i want to frame it to CCE how can i do that.?
can i use DVD2AVI frame it to CCE ? how?

As far as I read on some other discussion, CCE 2.6 doesn't take the frasmeserved avi (vdr). However, the older CCE 2.5 does.

It is a substantila limit as the frameserved avi is one of the few ways (if not the only one) to reasonably add subtitles before further processing.

convert it with dvd2avi then use a program called vfapi to convert the d2v file to an avs file so cce can accept it
