Hello, I've been thinking about getting a capture card, ...a Leadtek Winfast TV2000XP Deluxe. The graphics device I've got is Intel (R) 82845G Graphics Controller which is what came with the overall upgrade of my computer from this old piece of shit I used to have.
Now it's 1.72Ghz, 248mb of ram, 40gb. (probably gonna get another 40 or so) And my question is if the Intel Graphics Controller will be enough for the card to work with capturing and using the tv tuner or whether the graphics card is even relevant in this situation. This being because I don't want to go out and buy a graphics card if I don't have to as I don't really play games all that often on the computer which graphics cards seem primarily used for. Any comments would be appreciated.

A graphic card plays NO part in the capturing processs.
Your graphics card is only used to show the image on the screen.
