Repeat message about ripping

I try to find out if anyboby already rip the movie "Stuart little 2" to hard drive. I do not have clue although I tried many ripping software. Thank in advance.

Make sure you play the DVD in a software player first, before opening up your dvd ripping software. If it still doesn't work, particularly if this is only happening with this one DVD, than the disk may be badly scratched or just very dirty. Does the DVD play ok in your dvd player?

It is played fine on my computer and DVD player, maybe some encryption technique they used to prevent us to do recording. Any more thought, thank you.
