HI THERE:
I have Win XP-sp1 installed and I have problems with playbacking SVCD-movies.
It looks like this when I playback with Power DVD:



And this is how it looks like when I playback with Win DVD:



I have also installed Nimo Pack and Elecard MPEG2 player.
So I really don't understand what is the problem, bacause it should work.
I would really want some help here!
