I was reinstalling my ATI AIW card (PCI edition) and when I went to boot I would get the message "cmdninst has caused an error in wintrust.dll" while it was detecting and loading the hardware.
I cleared out ALL the ATI files (system, system 32, inf, regestrry, etc) and I STILL get this problem every time I reinstall the driver!@!!
looked everywhere for help but no luck
please help!
