Hmmm, apparently Cool Edit Pro v2.0 has a bunch of features that can be applied to audio files. Maybe you can use that program to fulfill your wishes.

    Cheers.

If your worried about the buffer errors in TMPGenc, you can take the finished MPEG,and use the Merge & Cut tab. Your not actually merging, or cutting the file, but running it through this tab tool seems to produce an mpeg without a problem. Just select MPEG-2 VBR (or MPEG-1 if applicable).

  4. I also get those buffer underrun errors when using TMPEnc. I also got them when using BBmpeg but solved that by increasing the forced mux rate setting in the SVCD settings to be the same as it is in DVD setting (25200 I think).

Out of curiosity, what is your ultimate goal in muxing more than two audio tracks? As I understand it, a SVCD will not accept more than that, and if you are making a DVD then I would think that any DVD program that will accept multiple audio tracks (not many but the high end ones and IFOedit) will also allow you to drop them in the program as elementary (separate) streams and do the muxing as part of the final compiling process.
