    I'm encoding from a 16x9 avi file I logged in from Adobe Premire 6.5
    My question is: how do I get a HIGH QUALITY mpeg to put on a SVCD? What settings/bitrate do I use? I feel I've tried EVERY possible way but I know I'm missing something! PLEASE HELP!

    i had the same problem........solution.video 2376 bitrate audio224 audio and video should add 2600 no more check your output frame stay at 29.976hz...............good luck

    Is the video supposed to have a wavy look to it when I encode? I've tried all the settings and keep getting the same output. What am I doing wrong?
