Hi everyone, I've got a problem. the main reason that I got Dvd Workshop was to burn downloaded video files onto dvd's. I am having some trouble burning some seinfeld episodes that I downloaded onto dvd

After making all of the menus that I wanted and adding all of the video files, I hit make disc, chose the conversion that allows 6 hours on one disc, and burned the dvd. When playing the dvd's back (tried it on more than one player), the audio is perfectly in synch with the video until a certain point in the episode. At that certain point, the audio skips back about 10 seconds and you hear the actors repeat the same thing you just heard, but the video continues, so the audio is about 10 seconds behind the video. This happens in about half of the episodes that I burned on the dvd. Keep in mind, the video files plays fine before Ulead converts it.

I've scanned the original video files for bad frames with virtualdub, and there are none. I've converted avi files to mpeg2 before with audio sync problems, but they had bad frames, and the audio in those files went gradually out of sync. Also, I've converted one of the episodes (that has audio sync problems on the dvd) using another method (save wav and convert mp2, encoded with CCE, multiplexed), and the multiplexed file played fine with perfect audio sync. Weird.

Does anyone have any suggestions of a soltion for the problem I'm having? Any input will be appreciated.

Thanks,
Anthony
