Simple question.
I have 80gb Hard Drive and a CD Writer/DVD Combo.
Obviously the Hard Drive goes on Primary Master.
But what about the CD Writer?
Primary Slave or Secondary Master?
Does it make a difference?
Cheers

I would use the Secondary master. keep HD's on the same IDE and cd/dvd drives on the other IDE.

For you, your combo drive should be Secondary Master IMHO.*** My computer can beat me at chess, but is no match when it comes to kick-boxing. *** -
