    in order to change some properties of a given svcd, i want to re-encode using cinema craft ender (cce).
    normally, when encoding to mpeg2, i use virtualdub as frameserver and add some filters. no problem.
    but virtualdub can not open mpeg2. says pack-synchronisation error.

    what can i do ?

    Virtualdubmod in the tools section can open mpeg2 I think, so should be able to do what you want.
