Cant extract video bin file

Can anyone help me please.

I have downloaded a file with the extension .rar.

I have extracted this to a root directory c:\mark for example.
This in turn has given me the following files
1) .message file
2) .raidenftpd file
3) Another .rar file
4) 28 x tcf-is2.r00 to xtcf-is2.r27 files
5) tsf-is2.sfv file

I thought it would have extracted a bin/cue file which I have managed to burn befor using Nero.

The only thing I can do is double click the 3rd file but it just extracts all the files again?

Am i doing something wrong..
Should i use other extraction software...for the record I am using Winace.

I do not like it.


THe video file is split into 27 rar files named 28 x tcf-is2.r00 to xtcf-is2.r27 files


click on the file 28 x tcf-is2.r00 and hit runrar
