Virtualdub crashes when I exit capture mode

Every time I exit capture mode in Virtualdub the program crashes.

I get an error message that says:
An out-of-bounds memory access (access violation) occurred in module 'VirtualDub'.



Anyone have a problem like this? More importantly, anyone know how to fix a problem like this?
