Hi,
just wrote a dvd of MP3 files for archiving purposes and all the tags are gone on the MP3s, is there a way to maitain the tags? What went wrong??

It is a function of your player most likely. ID3 tagging is placed at the end of each file. Did you include the m3u file with all the songnames?
Panasonic DMR-ES45VS, keep those discs a burnin' -
All I did was drag and drop in Nero from the original folder they were in which had all mp3 files with ID tags. When they were written to DVD disc the tags were all gone.
Is there other software that would burn them to disk and preserve the ID tags? The songs are just for playing on my computer, Standalone playing is not required. Mainly wanna get the MP3 files backed up but useless backing them up if I lose all the tags.

Does nobody have any experience with burning MP3 files with Tags to DVD disc?? Any links either would help.

Well I tried Prassi Primo DVD and it wrote the tags fine, so this is a Nero Bug and not a DVD format issue.
Hope that helps anyone else that has this issue.
