picture and sound on vcd

hi can any one help with this problem
i made a vcd from BackupDVDPro
i am useing danisa 1010
then burnt it as a data file with nero at 4x
picture is real good it plays well then every five or ten mins
the picture speeds up for a few seconds
like in benny hill show
then sound goes out of sync
then sound comes back into sync
so i then used Easy CD Creator 5 to burn it at x4
and different media
it still doz same thing
when i play the cd in pc it dont happen
my dvd player plays other vcd ok
any clues
