  1. I just spent several hours creating a DVD workshop project with 36 chapters and 7 menus. I saved the project prior to burning and closed the program. When I went to open the project to burn to dvd, I got a message saying there is an error in my file and the project can not be opened. The error code is 13030:1:5. Has anyone ever got this message?
Is there anyway to recover the project without redoing the whole thing?

  2. Try uninstalling and then reinstalling. I can't be sure this will help and it is a pain but I had a similar problem (not the same error message) after I did a capture. No matter what I tried, it crashed after the capture and I could not get it to work. All I did was uninstall and then reinstall and it let me right back in.
Be sure to delete the directory before reinstalling to make sure you start fresh.
    Hope this helps...good luck.

  4. I never did resolve that problem. I did not want to do a re-install so I just recreated the entire project. Since then I've created many projects without ever getting that error message again.
