VirualDub splits the big file into to files that aren't video associated. Nero will not burn them for a VCD. What I think I have to do is make those files Video files. How do I do this, or do I do something different?

You should use TMPGEnc to convert them to VCD so Nero will accept them.

Do I use TMPGEnc before I use VirtualDub or after? And what is warez and what's the big deal?

I'm not sure why vdub would be splitting your file into two unassociated files, but as for using TMPGEnc, you would use this AFTER Vdub as it creates the final MPEG that goes into your authoring app (such as VCDEasy). If you use vdub after TMPGEnc, vdub will convert your MPEG (assuming MPEG-1 and not MPEG-2, which vdbu doesn't understand) back to an AVI...Definitely NOT what you want when creating a VCD or DVD.
