Scenarist chapters?

I am trying to use Scenarist to put 2 episodes of The Sopranos on each dvd-r. After reading most of the manual and the guide at doom9, I have almost got it except for 1 problem. I cannot access the chapters directly. The chapters are there, I can use 'next' and 'previous' to surf through the chapters, but can't access them through the keypad and they do not show on the front panel display of my player. Only the titles show. What am I doing wrong?

Looks like nobody else knows either. Doesn't matter anyway. After 2 weeks of trying to learn this program and getting stuck on this small problem, I tried DVD Maestro and had the dvd working exactly the way I wanted in about 2 hours.
