Video/Audio sync problem with output on Ulead MovieFactory

I am in the process of puting tv episodes on DVD using Ulead DVD MoiveFactory 2. I have converted the audio from standard VCD compatable format to DVD compatable format and they will play find on my computer. I put them with menus on Ulead and when they are outputed, they have a degenerative vidoe/audio sync problem. At the start of the episode, they are in sync. By the end, it will be up to 3 or 4 seconds off.
I know that it's not my DVD burner. I had Ulead create just the DVD files and played them in PowerDVD and they are off. Ulead is throwing off the video/audio timming. If anyone know's how to fix this or even why it's doing it, that would be awsome. Thanks for your time.
