    I am trying to put a video on a VCD and I'm using that Nero program, but every time I get started I would hear a beep sound and my comp will freeze, can any please help me with my problem.

    We need a bit more info... Are you just burning an image file? (.NRG .BIN .ISO), or are you trying to make a VCD with an .MPG or .AVI file?

    The mpeg file could be corrupted (there are tools to deal with this). If not then try another authouring tool like VCDimager (tools section).
