  1. I've downladed lots of divx movies from internet. Most of them, fit into a normal 700 mb cdr, but some of them don't. Let me tell u guys that I already, did the normal cutting in this divx files(beggining n ending of the movie), but they still too big to fit in a 700mb cdr.
Today, I tried to buy a 90 min cdr that surely would solve my issue, but for my surprise, they cost 3x a normal 80 min cdr here in my hometown.
I have 2 solutions that i know, but they take a long time.
1- Change the audio bitrates of the movie. (but I[m not sure how to do it)
2- Reencode the divx movie using some divx file predictor.

If u guys could give me more ideas or comments....

    Thanks

You should cut the credits iwth VDub, then if you are still tight for space change the audio bitrate.

Go to this site https://www.videohelp.com/virtualdubedit.htm. It tells you how to cut out any part (the credits for example) of an AVI. No re-encoding is needed, it just takes time to create a copy of the file without the part you selected to remove.
