I accidentally removed the Canopus DV Codec from my PC and upon retrying to install it, I'm given a "The Win16 Subsystem was unable to enter Protected Mode, DOSX.EXE must be in your AUTOEXEC.NT and present in your PATH" message.
What the...?
If there's no fix to this, what about this... How can I capture with Ulead MovieFactory 2 and not have to then reencode the DV to type 2 so I can use the file in VirtualDub?

If you are unable to do the re-installation of the Canopus software, I gues you should do an entire re-installation of your OS.
